5.1.10 iparm(_JT_ method_) - determines which method to use if multiple methods are implemented in one routine

• This is an odd control parameter in that it means different things for different solver routines. It is ignored by routines that implement only a single method, e.g. JT_ CG and JT_ GMRES. Other routines, like JT_ BCGS, implement two or more methods. This parameter controls which method is used.
